A koan is a pointing towards a paradox with the intention of reminding the mind that this is all of existence (aka it’s all one big paradox - You only know hot because you know cold. Black because you know white. On vs. off. Up vs. down. Etc. etc.).

It sounds deep, and it is, but it’s also an incredibly simple way to re-presence and connect to our basic awareness, you know, the thing that makes this all possible.

So each item of clothing here is a wearable reminder that you are here and now. That life is a big mystery and you have always had all of the grace. You’re being is perfect.
